Applications
Flexible belts allow the most suitable heating for all kinds of industrial products in plastic or metal tanks 200 l and 1000l (IBC) because of their increase of viscosity at ambient temperature that makes their manipulation more difficult. Moreover, these belts are extremely resistant to aggressive chemicals. They are easy and quick to install and remove from the drums.
Also available with ATEX Eex cerfificate for hazardous areas.
Materials
Ni-Cr strip wire with silicone insulation and coverage.
Technical Data
Watt density 0,87 W/cm2. Max. working temperature 180°C (with working tips 200°C). IP40.
Applicacations
